New Class: Heated BJJ & Yoga
This class will consist of 30 minutes of rolling with 30 minutes of yoga in a 85 degree room. This class is open to people who practice jiu-jitsu but also people who are interested in just getting a great workout. If you train jujutsu you will come in and roll for the first half hour and if you don’t know jujutsu, I will give you drills that will help you get into jiu-jitsu shape as well as, learn some practical self-defense skills and you will be rolling in no time, Yoga will be support the jiu-jitsu workout and to help open up strengthen and stretch the body ending with a nice meditation for the mind to calm and connect to the body.
